We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 5 to 10 working days for remote or rural areas

  • Incorrect address details

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for all orders in Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

9. Delivery Attempts

The courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the order remains undelivered, it will be returned to us.

Additional delivery attempts may require extra charges.

10. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • A wrong product
  • A missing item

You must contact us within 48 hours with pictures or video. Claims without evidence may not be accepted.
