Return and Exchange Policy
You have 03 days from delivery to claim a return or exchange if the product is damaged, stained, defective, incomplete, or the incorrect size. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all labels and stickers attached.
Key Conditions
- Damaged Goods: If you receive an unsealed or damaged package, notify us immediately. Mandatory photo/video evidence must be emailed to zazumart636@gmail.com within 03 days for investigation.
- Exclusions: Due to hygiene and safety, inner-wear, accessories, fragrances, and cosmetics are non-returnable. Wooden boxes and Groom Collection articles are also ineligible for exchange.
- Sales/Discounts: Discounted items can only be exchanged if the wrong product was shipped.
- Color Variance: Slight variations in color or texture due to screen settings and lighting are not valid grounds for exchange.
- Customized Orders: Make-to-measure products cannot be exchanged. If measurements are incorrect, provide pictorial evidence, and we will attempt to rectify the error.
How to Apply
- Email zazumart636@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will schedule a pickup or direct you to the nearest outlet.
- Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Processing Times
Returns are typically processed within 5–7 working days of receipt. During peak periods, please allow up to 14 working days. These policies apply exclusively to orders delivered within Pakistan.
