At Zazu Mart, we aim to provide the best online shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return and Refund Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return only if:

  • You received a wrong product
  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received a missing item from your order
  • The product delivered is not as described

Note: We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size/variant chosen by the customer
  • Used or damaged products caused by customer mishandling

2. Return Request Timeframe

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product. Requests submitted after 3 days will not be accepted.

3. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and freebies must be included

4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

4.2 Refund Time

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective items
  • Wrong items received

Exchange is subject to availability of stock. If an item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Non-Returnable Products

These items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personal care products
  • Beauty & hygiene products
  • Food items
  • Sale / discounted products
  • Customized or special-order items

7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

8. Shipping Costs

  • If the item was wrong or damaged, we will cover the return shipping.
  • If the return is due to customer mistake, the customer must pay the return shipping cost.

9. How to Request a Return

To request a return or refund, contact us with:

  • Order Number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Picture/video evidence (mandatory for damaged/wrong products)
