Delivery & Orders

Shipping & Delivery

  • Domestic (Pakistan): Delivery takes 1–3 working days for major cities and 3–5 working days for remote areas. A flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies to all local orders.
  • International: Orders are dispatched within 5–7 working days after confirmation. Delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for all shipment and customs charges if delivery is refused.
  • Note: During sale periods, processing and delivery may take longer. Please remain available at your provided contact number for order confirmation.

Cancellation & Payments

  • Cancellation: Prepaid orders must be canceled within 3 hours of placement to receive a refund via store credit. Once an order is "In Process," it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Payment Security: We may request payment verification to prevent fraud. Zazumart reserves the right to cancel orders if payment is declined by your financial institution.

Tracking & Security

  • Tracking: Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your parcel on the courier’s website.
  • Liability: Zazumart is not liable for losses at self-pickup points (e.g., courier offices) or delays caused by third-party logistics.
  • Scam Alert: Do not make advance payments (JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer) for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Report suspicious requests to zazumart636@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +92 336 6639902.
